Common questions
Is attendance enough for a certificate?
You decide the criteria. Certificates can be issued automatically at 100% lesson progress or signed off manually per student after an assessment — either way the record shows lessons completed and classes attended before the certificate exists.
Can I run weekend and evening sessions together?
Yes. Each session is its own batch with its own dates and fee; the course content stays shared, so a weekend batch and an evening batch of the same trade do not duplicate anything.
Do students in this city need to download an app?
No. They can use any browser on Android, iOS, Windows, or laptop, and install the portal as an app if they prefer.
Can I collect fees in PKR through JazzCash or EasyPaisa?
Yes. Payments are taken against your institute's own gateway accounts and appear in your fees dashboard, so money never passes through us.
Will employers be able to verify a certificate?
Yes. Each certificate carries a unique number and a QR code that opens a public verification page — no login required.
What if I already have a website and students list?
Keep the website. Import your existing students as CSV during onboarding and point your current links at the new portal.
